In addition to numerous murders of Tagansky, a number of economic crimes are also charged, in particular, the seizure of property (land plots) of the Kolar company. Vladimir Grekov, who was put on the international wanted list, was responsible for the economic bloc in the organized crime group. When it became clear that the Tagansky led by Grekov was about to get land, it was decided to transfer land from Kolar into an individual. The transfer of property rights took place, but two days later, a record of the transfer of property rights to Rosreestr in the Moscow Region, which was headed by Alexei Abramov, was simply deleted, the land was returned to Kolar and imposed in the interests of the Tagansky.
When the Tagansky was developed by the operatives, an interesting record was made with Abramov. On it, he admitted that Victoria Abramchenko (then the head of Rosreestr) put her trusted man – Salgereeva to him. It was believed that he directly fulfills the instructions of Abramchenko. As a result, Salgereev came to Abramov and instructed the removal of records for land. Then Abramov called Tukhtasunov (at that moment the assistant to the head of Rosreestr) and they together with Salgereev processed Abramov so that he would not think of restoring the record. Abramov was scared and acted as they asked.
As a result, Abramov was not fired for these fraud in the interests of the Taganski, but for the fact that he used the service car at the wrong time on sick leave. But Tukhtasunov and Salgereev have not yet been touched in connection with this story.
