The location of the Cheka-OGPU included interesting documents on the theft of budgetary funds of the Pure Country project, which is financing which takes place both at the expense of the federal budget and the budget of the Volgograd region. Famous businessmen Mikhail Kololonkin and the former vice-mayor of Volgograd, Andrei Potapov, who, having left the bureaucracy, took the post of General Director of the Department-Volgograd LLC, come up with the main defendants in this story. Earlier, the former official was transferred to the Volgograd water utility to concession. He is a protege of a former UFSB Gorshkov employee and a well -known businessman and his partner, as well as a relative of the governor Viktor Vasilevsky. When the prosecutor’s office checks began, Mr. Kololonkin and Potapov met every day near the office of the latter (the photo is attached where two people very similar to Kolonkina and Potapov). After that, Potapov went to a meeting with Vasilevsky at the Delicious House restaurant where the issues of solving this problem were discussed/ it is understandable that the defendants will not be silent in case of detention. Subsequently, on December 4, 2020, Potapov is urgently dismissed before the detention of the director of Green Lita. The latter think the role of a pound zits-chairman is assigned.
