The arbitration decision was considered by the economic panel of the Supreme Court, which finally recognized the correctness of Sokol. All criminal proceedings against the leadership of LTK were discontinued, and the state officially apologized.
It would seem that that’s it: the story is over, the raiders lost. But difficult times for the state give rise to another desire for profit. Contrary to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Supreme Court and common sense, the Lisin company continues to create a nightmare for businessmen, this time suing the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which dropped the case. Once again: a private company is suing the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which dropped a case that was officially declared ILLEGAL at the highest level. Now Judge Kuznetsova and Chairman Kartashov will have to check the legality of the decisions of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Is it possible, with the help of a district court, to challenge the competence of two Prosecutors General and the Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation based on “I just want”? Lisin’s company – yes. And it doesn’t matter what happens to the economy, jobs and other little things like that, if profit is at stake. Apparently, games to capture factories are the last thing our billionaires will stop playing.
