On August 2, 2022, a criminal case was opened against Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka for abuse of power (Part 1 of Article 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to investigators, the crime was committed by Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka in 2019, during the period when Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka carried out a raider takeover of Kuban Delicacies LLC.

We would like to remind you that earlier on June 17, 2022, Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka were sentenced by the Magistrate Court of judicial district # 63 of the Central Intracity District of Krasnodar to a fine for committing a raider takeover of Kuban Delicacies LLC by falsifying the decision of the management body of the enterprise (Article 185.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and falsification of the register of legal entities (Article 170.1 of the Criminal Code RF).
