In the Kirov region, the struggle has unfolded between local political elites, security forces and crime. Passions flare up around the head of the Directorate of the TFR in the Kirov region Andrei Vinogradov. The main investigator – the former submariner officer – Vinogradov was replaced by the head of the head of the SKR Airat Akhmetshin, whom Bastrykin transferred to Nizhny Novgorod. It was a castling: to Kirov SK in Nizhny headed Vinogradov. Akhmetshin already established work in the Kirov administration: their people are set up in key areas, relations with local businessmen and officials have been established. Vinogradov also did not allow corruption schemes in the region. Now, having set up against himself, the local elites, the head of the headquarters collects tons of incriminating evidence.
