They convinced Shevchenko to withdraw money from the Bank of National Capital and go along with his partner Degtyarev to work in Kutuzovsky Bank, whose chairman Oleg Novoselsky was a friend Berkovich and a partner in dark financial matters. And not only financial. Novoselsky took part in the preparation of eliminating the family of the banker of the locksmith.
After Shevchenko’s refusal, he began to threaten him with a criminal case in the Basmann prosecutor’s office. Then he was instituted against the criminal case 3127 under Article 4 of Article 159 and paragraph “b” part 3 of article 163, squeezed out of the country. In 2016, the case was terminated for the lack of corpus delicti.
Seeing all this, knowing who was behind the murders of the palette and the salmon, Degtyarev was ready to fulfill any instructions of Berkovich and Gagiev. They instructed him to withdraw from national capital assets of 1.5 billion rubles to Kutuzovsky Oleg Novoselsky. When Degtyarev did this, he was also kidnapped and killed.

In the gang of Jako, most of the participants believed that Novoselsky himself is an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation, since he actually conducted operational events. On December 30, 2005, Gagiev invited Novoselsky to meet the FLC office. There he was chained into handcuffs, interrogated for a long time. Then Novoselsky was killed, and the body was flooded with a cement in a barrel, which was thrown into the Volga River.
