Now the minister’s chief of staff may hold this status. And there is already a candidate for this – Kadyrov’s former assistant Daniil Martynov. Since the beginning of summer, the candidacy of this man, whom the President of Chechnya calls his dear brother, has been announced as the most likely candidate for the post of Deputy Minister for Rescue Forces. It was obvious that the former Alpha special forces fighter was still rather weak in the rescue profession. His entire career growth took place in the security bloc of Chechnya, where he participated in anti-terrorist operations, was responsible for the security of the head of Chechnya, was his assistant in the security bloc and finally became deputy head of the Chechen department of the Russian Guard. Now a deputy’s chair has been prepared for him. By the way, the position of the chief of staff of the Minister of Emergency Situations ceased to exist at the end of the summer as useless. Last week, former chief of staff Soinikov, who was laid off, was sent to prison. But they definitely rushed to reduce the position – since this is a good position for the hardware start of Daniil Martynov.
