Alexander Nikolaevich is one of the main cashiers of the Gromov family, under his control was the disbursement of city funds withdrawn to one-day companies, subsequent legalization through the acquisition of luxury real estate in St. Petersburg and Moscow, registered in the name of family members Terekhov and Pavel Gromov.

Terekhov also cashed and transferred to foreign directories the budget funds of the State Public Institution “GMC” under the guise of purchasing equipment, software and expensive infrastructure for the digitalization of the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg and organizations subordinate to Ivan Aleksandrovich Gromov.
