Alexander Nikolaevich is one of the main cashiers of the Gromov family, under his control was the disbursement of city funds withdrawn to one-day companies, subsequent legalization through the acquisition of luxury real estate in St. Petersburg and Moscow, registered in the name of family members Terekhov and Pavel Gromov.

After his scandalous dismissal, Terekhov resolved all his issues with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor’s Office through the father of the Gromov brothers, former FSB general, Alexander Gromov, and quietly continued to cut the city budget through legal entities controlled by him, with which contracts were concluded by the administration of the city and Kalininsky district on the direct orders of Ivan Gromov.
