In the centuries, I agree with the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, who sent the SC in the Novosibirsk region for investigating the incident with shooting during the detention of the offender by traffic police officers. Of course, it is difficult to draw some serious conclusions on two fragmentary videos, but even on them it is clear: there is no excess of official powers in the actions of the traffic police inspector there. But there is the use of violence against police officers by the driver and passenger. Why was not immediately initiated by Art. 318 of the Criminal Code is a big question. And why the investigation was arrested by the inspector, although it was initially clear that the shot took place without a murder intent, also a question. And this despite the fact that the case was in the production of the department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the SC in the Novosibirsk region.

In this regard, I would like to speculate about the causes and conditions that contributed to such actions of Novosibirsk investigators. And to recall that at almost every meeting in the video conference mode, the chairman demands from the territorial investigative authorities to arrest in cases of even minor gravity. And also that no further than in February, the chairman insisted on imprisonment of the driver who allowed a race to be in front of his car (by the way, this was in Novosibirsk). And so on, many examples can be given.

In the light of this motives of investigators from Novosibirsk, when deciding on the arrest of the traffic police inspector, they become more explainable. Moreover, according to some information, the head of the SU at that time was on vacation at that time, and the deputy remaining for him most likely simply reinsured in this way. So in some way Novosibirsk can be understood, but only in something, because the reinsurance is reinsurance, and you still need to have a head on the shoulders. In general, I will not dump everything on the chairman, but certain consequences of his own actions in this whole story are clearly visible.
