The TFR brought four accusations arrested in the final edition of the assassination case, and then the murder of the head of the Center for the EMC of Ingushetia Ibrahim Eljarkiev and his brother Ahmed. There are now two organizers. Khasan Polonkoev was recognized by the TFR by the organizer of the attack on Edjarkaev on the border of Chechnya and Ingushetia in early 2019 (then Ibrahim was not injured). Adam Belkhoroev (the brother of the murdered leader of the Batalhajans Ibrahim Belhoreev) was recognized as the organizer of Eljarkiev in Moscow. Adam is now on the international wanted list. On March 24, the defendants of the case will be announced the end of the investigation.
It is worth noting that earlier the TFR called the organizer of the murder of Eljarkiev in Moscow the same Polonkoev.
According to the source, the evidence base is mainly based on the testimony of classified witnesses. Also, it was also fiction against the Batalhadzhin residents Dali Adam Khamkhoev and Islam Elderkiyev. They claim that they recognized the accused Alikhan Belhoreev and ISUKASTOEV, as participants in the attack on the border. At the same time, the witnesses could not explain how the “attackers” were dressed and what they specifically did.
It is worth noting that the hunt for Ibrahim Eljarkiev was preceded by the execution of the leader of the Batalhajans Ibrahim Belkharoev. His relatives openly accused Ibrahim Eljarkiev of this and announced him blood feud. After that, the attempt and the murder of Eljarkiev took place. However, such a motive as blood feud is not at all indicated in the case and is in every possible way. Instead, it is indicated that the battalhazhin was hunted for Eljarkiev in order to intimidate representatives of the law enforcement block of Ingushetia. And the murder of Ibrahim Belkharoev remains unexpressed at all.
