In the case of Sergei Tereshchenko, a former employee of the largest toy distributor Saks, suspected of stealing corporate documents and spreading slander on air at VGTRK, interesting details have emerged. As established, in order to put pressure on his former employers, Tereshchenko organized the return from the United States to Russia of the group’s founder, Andrei Lobanov, who had previously actually fled the impending investigation.
The former billionaire was brought to Moscow from Miami by a group of people specifically to participate in Malakhov’s broadcast, organized by Irina Golshtein (the broadcast was later removed by the broadcaster at the request of the court).
In preparation for the broadcast, Tereshchenko settled Lobanov in his house in Sochi, where no later than October 16, 2023, a deliberately false statement was prepared about a crime committed against Lobanov.
Then, no later than the beginning of November, Tereshchenko moved Lobanov to his townhouse in the Moscow region, where he waited for the criminal case to be transferred to the central office of the Investigative Committee (the calculation for the Investigative Committee is due to the fact that on the air with Malakhov, Lobanov, on the recommendation of Tereshchenko, turned to Bastrykin with a request to investigate the crimes against him). Services in the case could have been paid for with money received from the sale of Lobanov’s apartment in Elektrostal to a certain Kozhukhar G. The circumstances of the sale of the apartment are also being established, but it is known that the transaction was registered on November 29, 2023, and its amount was 3.9 million rubles.
