During the investigation in the criminal case, a number of inconsistencies were discovered. Then the defense representatives ordered another examination in a large independent expert institution, and reviews were also made for the conclusion of the expert of the Moskvin, which allow us to name the calculation of the market value made by the expert, incorrect and not reflecting the real market value of the equipment, while the expert made gross errors in the methodology in the methodology Together with the deliberate distortion of the source to which the expert makes the link.
A new examination by the defense was carried out by absolutely all contracts using “covid funds”. The expert came to the conclusion that 93% of the procurement of the Ministry of Health carried out by the Omsk Ministry of Health corresponded to the average market prices at the time of the conclusion of contracts, and 85% of them were even lower than the average market value.
Meanwhile, interest in the matter, which can complicate the work of the doctors and officials responsible for the fight against the coronavirus, has already been shown in the State Duma.
