The Cheka-OGPU publishes the second part of the series about the most crazy district police department of St. Petersburg.

I recall and repeatedly returning to the post of head of the 30th police department Vladimir Guretsky, who previously worked in the 37th department of the same area where his and the entire company of the CSB accomplices in the case of housing from lonely pensioners. Then they were even called “black realtors in uniform”, but everything, as it was in the Vasileostrovsky district, cost.
It is no secret that the local management company Mir, literally terrorizing the inhabitants of many houses of the district, is roofed precisely by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. But the company itself inherited the new leadership, and numerous complaints about its offenses regularly go under the carpet.

The head of one of the departments of the district administration tried to deal with the illegal sale of coffee from cars under prohibiting signs in the tourist area, for which she received injuries from one of the drivers. But the statement to the police was not even stubbornly accepted from it (of course, and this business paid tribute), until the situation intervened directly from Smolny.
Given all of the above, the situation with the sale of personal data of citizens by police seems just a little thing. Another switch-performer will be fired, and total patronage to all illegal business in the area from the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will continue without any changes.
