A considerable amount of about 2 billion rubles are collected from them, and you will have to pay it yourself in proud loneliness – since the former State Duma deputy is already bankrupt, and Mansfield has no assets.
The General Director of Euro -Finance LLC, before the start of its bankruptcy, was Sergey Govorukhin, who was wanted in a criminal case, in which Ildar Samiev was also involved as accused. As you can see, the company selected the most notorious – given that Samiev once sat for fraud with the money of football player Fedor Smolov.
Earlier, it was Mansfield who was the locomotive of the attack of the beef against the developer Albert Khudoyan in the conflict around the land for the construction of the Elite LCD Prime Park in Moscow. With the help of this company, Ivyadin and Samiyev tried to extort from Khudoyan the amount of 4.2 billion rubles, but now, if the Moscow arbitration sides the plaintiffs, this attempt will be finally doomed to failure, since the beef will have to pay personally in favor states and other creditors.
