according to Part 4 of Art. 309 “Bribery or coercion to testify or evade testifying” of the Criminal Code of Russia. Let us remind you that if a criminal case is initiated, it will become the 12th in a row against members of the Pokrovsky gang.
What is happening indicates to the bandits that all their “dealers”, such as Zhorin, Udunyan, Salmin and Kichiyan, are banal swindlers, and those on the federal and international wanted list are Korovayko A.V., Chebanov A.O. and Echkalov S.N. Don’t relax.
It is surprising that the owners of the concern do not understand the futility of their financial investments in exchange for promises to help resolve the issue with their criminal cases. All their gray schemes to seize other people’s assets on a large scale are already known. And it is very interesting to observe the obvious and desperate information injections of one partner against another, as well as attempts to discredit the security forces through the media.
This is a rather strange tactic that arose in a situation of panic and inability to believe what is now happening to the once powerful regional oligarchs, and it can no longer in any way affect the procedural assessment of all the facts of already committed, known and proven crimes.
In any case, the result is the same: they worked together, increased their assets through criminal means together, innocent people were sent to jail together, and they will also be held accountable before the law for organizing the Pokrovsky organized criminal group. It seems that the best option in their situation is cooperation with the investigation, and the corrupt Pokrovsky security officials, notaries and other bureaucrats, who for many years received bribes from Korovayko, Chebanov and their lawyers Khachaturov and Kichiyan, are already known to the investigative authorities and will soon receive their well-deserved punishment.
