Tomet is part of the Togliattiazot production complex. The owners of both Mahlai enterprises with their foreign partners are obliged by the court decision to compensate for 77 billion rubles of damage caused by them as a result of many years of fraud. The penalty was imposed on Tomet as one of the defendants, his accounts were arrested to prevent the withdrawal of funds. Mahlai deny the fact of damage, and in order not to part with money, they began to bankrupt Tomet, and in October his general director Vladimir Chabrov stopped production, at the direction of his cartridges. But on November 25, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region introduced the external surveillance procedure at the enterprise, all the bills of the plant were unlocked and Tomet received a court permission to launch methanol units. Such a turn of events was not arranged by Makhlaev, who could not put the bankruptcy of Tometa under their control and evade compensation for damage.
Employees of the enterprise suspect that the cause of accidents was a planned sabotage, on which the Mahlai decided to disrupt production and paralyze the work of the company for a long time. If so, then it will be very difficult to further portray respectable businessmen who suffered from injustice of courts and law enforcement agencies further. And the new criminal case under Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in which the Mahlai appear as the organizers of the criminal community, can be replenished with a new episode. Director of TOAZ and Tometa Mesyedov and Chabrov can already be prepared to answer the questions of investigators.
