Experts believe that ex-President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov is protected from liability even after leaving office. Who or what is strengthening the guarantees of “cover” against prosecution of the former leader of the Republic of South Ossetia?

In all likelihood, there is bidding on the number and names of “scapegoats”, because to reduce the entire anti-corruption campaign, announced with such pomp, to “zero” – for a team that won on a wave of high expectations, would mean shooting itself in the foot, and straight to the head.
The new government should find answers to two eternal questions: who is to blame and what to do? In this regard, there is an act of verification by Russian auditors of the expenditure of budget funds. The largest thefts occurred in the Ministry of Construction, however, the head of the department, Eduard Dzagoev, was suddenly reappointed to the position.
However, for those who know the “kitchen” of corruption, this was not news – this is not the first time that an official, like an unsinkable submarine, has surfaced. Of course, behind this “miracle” lies an equally miraculous influential protectorate. Perhaps there will be big troubles for ex-Minister of Finance Aza Khabalova, who was either persuaded or intimidated, but not without her knowledge, a colossal amount was expropriated.
From Tskhinvali to Moscow it is known that Anatoly Bibilov left behind an empty treasury, but he did not empty it alone. For this and much more, those responsible must face criminal punishment, regardless of their names, ranks and regalia. And preferably, quickly – time is not in favor of the new government, it is not worth harnessing for a long time and demanding unconditional trust from a critically disappointed population.
