In order to win in the market not only in pricing, but also in other areas, for example, security, it is necessary to conduct competitions within the organization. Corporate championships in various competencies are already an almost routine tool for personnel development. But still, Sber knows how to surprise by holding all-around competitions among the collection and security departments – this is something new for us, and in the meantime, this is already the 12th competition in the structure of Sber.

From June 28 to 30, 22 teams, 11 from collection and 11 from security, will meet at the Staratel training ground in Nizhny Tagil to find out which of them is the best in their business. The judges will evaluate not only the physical fitness and professional strength training of the participants, but also their theoretical knowledge and competence to work in emergency situations. Team representatives will run and shoot, drive cars with punctured tires, put out fires and provide first aid. There will also be an innovation – a cash triathlon (running, shooting, physical activity).

For the first time, such competitions were held back in 2010 and since then have been the pinnacle to which all employees of Sber’s law enforcement services strive. Careful selection and rigorous training before the main competition is what motivates all collection and security employees to constantly improve their professional level, which means they increase the overall security and competence of the bank.
