In Moscow, serious passions continue to simmer around the supposedly elite residential complex “Sorge – 9”, which is being built by the ex-deputy mayor of Kyiv Bass Denis Yakovlevich, who escaped from Ukraine with his boss, Leonid Chernovetsky, from several criminal cases (at the Kyiv tram depot). Buyers of apartments faced a lot of problems at the acceptance stage, unprecedented prices for housing and communal services, and problems with property registration. Not all residents still know that “Sorge 9” is a significant debtor – proceedings are currently underway to collect 700 million rubles from the Moscow FSSP. All this time, Bass has been unsuccessfully trying to solve his problems through the deputy head of the Moscow FSB and Moscow Region Department Natarov, the prosecutor’s office and the arbitration court, promising those who help, meters in the second and third stages of the project, as well as a high “subscription fee” from himself until the end of construction.
However, according to available information, prosecutors, courts and intelligence services have not yet been flattered by the promises of the fugitive Ukrainian official. But, given that one of the interested parties in this project is a respected Bank, which lent Bass for his “elite” project, we will not be surprised that a representative of Ukrainian business (who, by the way, has retained his passport and real estate in Kyiv) will bend in the near future decision in their favor through the Chief Bailiff of Moscow Nikolai Konovalov. On the sidelines of the business community, Bass has repeatedly boasted of his connections.
