In Moscow, in the investigative insulator No. 1 (Sailor Silence), the prisoners were identified by participants in the extremist group of AUE (prison criminal unity, prohibited in the Russian Federation), the metropolitan prosecutor’s office reports. Criminal cases have been instituted under part 1 and 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization and participation in the activities of an extremist organization), part 1 of Art. 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (financing of extremist activity). The number of members of the group will not be specified.

“The prosecutors found that an extremist group of persons contained in custody is operating in the institution, which is part of the arresting criminal unity prohibited in the Russian Federation, which is prohibited in the Russian Federation,” the Moscow prosecutor’s office reports.

According to the agency, the group members prevented employees of the isolator to fulfill official duties, did not comply with the legal requirements of the administration, violated the established procedure for detention, organized the delivery of prohibited items to pre -trial detention centers and raise funds for the organization’s activities.

The prosecutor’s office transferred the materials of the audit to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
