In July of this year, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov visited Udmurtia, where a large number of defense industry enterprises are located. Among these enterprises was the Sarapul Electric Generator Plant (SEGZ, an enterprise in the aviation industry). It is all the more strange that after the departure of the head of government, it was not thanks and certificates that came to the SEGZ, but investigators from the GUEB and the PC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Udmurtia.

SEGZ, a defense industry enterprise, is the main Russian manufacturer of on-board power generation, control and protection systems, lighting equipment for Russian aircraft and helicopters, drives for rocketry, launch automation for air defense systems and mechanisms for intercontinental ballistic missiles.

The government leadership, represented by Mishustin and Manturov, was convinced of the uninterrupted and high-quality work of the SEGZ, that it was successfully fulfilling all the tasks of the State Defense Order and import substitution, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Udmurtia Maxim Tikhonov went on vacation. The moment is ideal, now we only need our own people in the republican OBEP. The police seized contracts and documents from the company dating back to 2012. It is clear that the case appeared back then, 10 years ago, when the Minister of Internal Affairs for Udmurtia was still notorious for leading a raider attack on the KOMOS GROUP agricultural holding, Alexander Pervukhin.
