In fact, it was initially clear that to close the data in the Rosreestr bases on individuals, a scheme with state protection of law enforcement and regulatory authorities, as well as participants in the criminal process, was used. This is also evidenced by the presence in the list published by the channel of the Cheka-OGPU, the investigator of the IC of Russia, which investigated a number of resonant criminal cases. Such a security measure as closing data in relation to a special category of persons who can threaten the danger is quite legal and provided for by the relevant federal laws. There are no other grounds for closing data in the database by and large.

But here the questions of such a plan arise: for sure all persons on whom the data in the bases of Rosreestr turned out to be closed should be decisions on the application of security measures. If there are such decisions, then whether they are genuine (were the employees of Rosreestr themselves), which body carried them out and on what exactly the grounds? How much do these grounds correspond to reality?

That’s what direction it would be worth sending the check to the Chekists, there can easily be revealed a lot of interesting things. Because in general, it is impossible to explain the application of state protection in the form of closing data in relation to individuals and their relatives who have nothing to do with law enforcement and regulatory authorities otherwise than someone’s personal interest. Or not selfish interest or not – this issue is already secondary.
