It turns out that if they are not protecting, then at least they are looking in the other direction, but why are they looking past if they are not protecting? For example, the Ministry of Digital Development cheerfully took up replacement numbers and came upon violating operators so that we would not receive calls from scammers from a fake “Sberbank” – apparently because ministry employees do not make money from telephone fraud. And QIWI bank is real and makes money, legally. Is it really with the connivance of his superior comrades? It’s clear where the “bookmarks” are, and where are the “landings”?
