And as employees say, Shikhanova, who was still Davletova at that time, was distinguished by very aggressive behavior.
Moreover, more interesting facts about the criminal family were revealed. It turned out that for 18 years Shikhanova lived illegally in Russia using fake passports, without any citizenship at all.
Shikhanova’s (Davletova’s) mother Zbaranskaya Nina Vasilievna, having mortgaged her house in Ukraine to 35 different people, hid in Russia in the city of Yakutsk with her relatives, by the way, one of them, Tupikin, is the founder of Goldens LLC, which operates the Rasputin club, and the director Tupikin (a relative of Shikhanova) appointed Kovalev Boris as Shikhanova’s (Davletova’s) driver. Zbaranskaya (mother of Shikhanova (Davletova) from 2002 to 2021 was on the Federal wanted list for fraud on an especially large scale. While on the wanted list, and being a citizen of Ukraine, she managed to buy a Russian passport in 2005, again, at the Khamovniki police station. Interesting Thus, the case against Zbaranskaya was closed in May 2011, which may indicate corruption.
And finally, Zbaranskaya Davletova’s second daughter, Aina, works as an assistant judge at the Dorogomilovsky Court.
According to Rasputin club workers, Shikhanova (Davletova) has been terrorizing the workforce for 1.5 years. So, on June 23, 2021, Shikhanova, at the head of 15 bandits, tried to break into the Rasputin club in order to seize movable property of the club that did not belong to her. The club employees still remember with horror her threats, how she would take everyone into the forest and deal with them.
A year later, on June 21, 2022, Shikhanova, having already been deprived of her Russian passport and without any legal documents, again tried to seize someone else’s property, sending her driver Kovalev and her lawyer Safronov to the club with the forceful support of 12 bandits.
And again she didn’t succeed. Then a month later, on July 11, 2022, she personally organized an attack on the Rasputin club and on her husband S.N. Shikhanov. As a result, S.N. Shikhanov was seriously injured on her orders. The 30 raiders were detained by Khamovniki police officers. All the attackers were armed with firearms, bats, sledgehammers, and wore helmets, bulletproof vests and masks. They beat the club’s employees, causing them severe injuries. Despite this, the police released all of them the next day. And until now, Khamovniki police officers categorically do not want to initiate a criminal case for a particularly serious crime, which suggests that Oksana Shikhanova has unlimited administrative resources in law enforcement agencies.
