In relation to officials of the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia in the Novosibirsk Region, who made procedural decisions in the case and petitioned the measure of suppression, official inspections were appointed.
The specified criminal case, on behalf of the Chairman of the IC of Russia, was transferred from the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia in the Novosibirsk Region to the Central Apparatus.
Also in the Main Investigation Department, another criminal case was instituted in connection with the events on the grounds of crimes under Article 318, 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the application of violence against a representative of the authorities; insulting a representative of the authorities). 
According to the investigation, on May 28, on the Siberia highway, two traffic police officers began to pursue a Toyota car with tinted glasses, the driver of which did not fulfill their stopping the stop. The car was detained in the area of the working village of Moshkovo, three men were in its salon. To establish a personality, police officers demanded to go to the service car of one of them, and after refusal, they began to accompany the man under the arms of a police car. The man, hindering the legal actions of employees, using physical force, broke up, and also struck them. After that, the second passenger of Toyota struck the police, expressing insults at them.
Currently, two suspects in the use of violence against law enforcement officers have been detained. Investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing the circumstances of the incident.
