History unfolded in front of local authorities, and at first very successfully. The ex-head of the department of construction and transport of the Belgorod region, Nikolai Kalashnikov, established the Olympia company and began the construction of a bathhouse complex in the Green Plants Natural Park. According to the law, it is impossible to build capital buildings there and massively cut down trees, but this did not stop the former manager from the team of Governor Yevgeny Savchenko. Thanks to Kalashnikov’s connections, the project developed over 12 years, the project has passed environmental state examination, a land plot was leased from the departments of the region and a building permit was obtained. Important: all this documentation was issued under the governor Evgenia Savchenko, in the team of which Kalashnikov worked for many years.
But the construction in a specially protected natural area did not go unnoticed. At the acting governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkova wrote the idea of the regional prosecutor’s office, they say, the bathhouse cannot be built on the lands of recreational significance. Gladkov quickly “reproduced” the bathhouse in the “social purpose object”. Like, everything for people will be: simulators, gym, and then the complex will receive state financing. But this did not help, because the general contractor is Tisade LLC, the one that had 5 billion rubles in 2019-2020 in 2019-2020 and at the same time tore the construction projects one after another – he never corrected and again knocked over with the terms of entering the facility .
The leadership of the Olympia, realizing that the construction periods are delayed, is now actively suing contractors and suppliers. Apparently, this is how the company hopes to recapture at least some money that were invested in this “healing” enterprise.
