He is accused of illegal cutting of 700 trees and damage to the state of 4.9 million rubles – a ridiculous volume that the enterprise can process in just three hours. The businessman claims that he is innocent, and the trees stand still in the thickets of Siberia, but the investigation does not take into account his indications.

At the first hearing, oddities also began. Lawyers asked the court to soften the preventive measure and release the businessman from the pre -trial detention center – as a rule, they give the administrative for unproven guilt. Also, during the examination, critical mistakes were made – the investigator examined the trees without witnesses and means of technical fixation, and the number of cut trees is confirmed only by him. An experts involved for verification, instead of special equipment, used a tourist navigator, which does not allow to determine exactly where the pine trees are. And in the case file, the number of destroyed trees is confused.

Now the court paused for two days and raped all the defense petitions. One of them was a proposal to transfer the hearing to another region, since the October Court of Barnaul is considered to the security forces, which were controlled by the unclean’s hand.
