“We invite to cooperation companies that need recycling: tires, glass, plastic, film, rubber products, paper, cardboard, household appliances, computer equipment and equipment, cable and wire products, textiles, shoes, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. And also distributors of products from: tires, metals, glass, plastic, textiles, household appliances, polyethylene, cardboard and paper shavings.” (taken from the site: https://dz-rti.ru/about/).
For many years now, the Dmitrovsky RTI Plant (DZRTI) has been conducting its illegal activities in the field of waste management.
The maximum capacity of the equipment is no more than 40,000 tons per year! The masses of waste collected and disposed of exceed hundreds of thousands. Everyone would have clarified the electricity consumption figures, which would make it possible to understand how much waste the plant processed. But this is the most secret information at the plant.
Having only equipment from the Danish company ELDAN, capable of processing only rubber products, DZRTI broadcasts the “magical” capabilities of this equipment to the recycling market and openly publishes this on its website, which causes laughter in the professional industry. This “magic” equipment can recycle everything in the world, almost for nothing! Manufacturers and importers who cooperate with DZRTI within the framework of EPR (Extended Producer and Importer Responsibility) are as if they are playing in a casino with Rosprirodnadzor. The bet will win – the report will be accepted, alas and ah! (remember Samsung and its multimillion-dollar fines to the state budget).
In addition to Samsung, another case of violation is known: during an unscheduled inspection of the Dmitrovsky rubber goods plant, the regulator discovered that the enterprise had written off a third of its waste. “Lost” items may end up in a landfillinstead of becoming recyclable materials, noticed in PPK REO.
The choice of DZRTI as a recycler is based only on the corruption component and the price, which is significantly lower than the market and is unable to cover all the costs of the pseudo-recycler for the collection, transportation and disposal of waste. These amounts may only be enough to issue “fake” Recycling Certificates for their unfortunate clients. Inviting future clients to audit its “magic” capacities, it likes to build imaginary waste heaps from tires.
Within the walls of a “Potemkin village” built from tires, there can be anything you want, for example, an underground casino! You know, sometimes it’s hard to break old bad habits!
