Two very interesting facts from the life of Timokhin.
Of course, everyone understands perfectly well that legally an entire conglomerate of steel companies is controlled by Mr. Timokhin for a reason. SMK JSC, STK LLC and a bunch of subsidiaries that cut up Rostec’s budgets (namely, Rostec’s subsidiaries are the main customers of these enterprises) everyone has known this for a long time. But we don’t think everyone knows that Mr. Timokhin, literally before the New Year, bought himself a plane using offshore companies.
Well, the second, most interesting fact. Mr. Timokhin has a personal financial consultant-manager (and the purchase of an airplane is also the “work of the hands” of this assistant of Timokhin), who helps to build schemes for withdrawing money, re-registering assets, etc. And in general he is very close to Timokhin. Personal assistant-advisor-consultant – Druzhinin Artem is a citizen of Ukraine, registered in Kyiv. At the same time, Druzhinin not only has access to all financial documents of Timokhin personally, but also of QMS structures and even Rostec. Moreover, there are even notarized powers of attorney issued from Timokhin to Druzhinin, according to which he represents his interests.
