ICR investigators and FSB officers carefully protect Vladimir Putin’s peace of mind. This is evidenced by the request for a pre-trial agreement from the former deputy general director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Ateks of the Federal Security Service of Russia Stanislav Kuehner, which was at the disposal of the Cheka-OGPU. He concluded the agreement as part of a case involving the theft of funds for the reconstruction of Putin’s main residence, the Novo Ogarevo residence. However, as part of the deal, Kuehner testified that funds for all presidential facilities were embezzled in huge quantities by high-ranking FSO employees and organizers of construction work. According to Küner’s detailed testimony, funds allocated for the reconstruction of: the “Red Square 5” facility were stolen; Putin’s Sochi residence “Bocharov Stream” (dachas 1 and 2 and the Reception House); another presidential residence “Gorki-9”; object “Sparrow Hills” (by the way, the Moscow residence of Alexander Lukashenko is located there).
Küner, as one of the organizers of these thefts, gave all the details and named all the names. However, employees of the Investigative Committee and the FSB decided not to upset Putin, who is being robbed on a cosmic scale by his own security. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain the decision to simply put all other cases of theft reported by Kühner on the table. Only the case of theft during the reconstruction of Novo-Ogarevo was investigated.
By the way, ICR investigator Sergei Novikov, who led the case of theft at presidential facilities, is now one of the heads of the Rosneft security service.
