It says that this is a federal project (unofficially, the couple assures that it was created by decision of the president). And then, against the backdrop of beautiful music, there is an image of the Kremlin and people who participated in the creation of a fund and team. All of them are dressed in the form of the “star of Russia”. According to Utkin and Zhernova, they are related to their dubious project: the head of the department to the FSB of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Ivan Tkachev, Major General of the FSB of the Russian Federation Dmitry Orekhov (they were designated as the generals of the Russian Guard), the former head of the USB FSB, and now The first deputy head of the first department of the FSB of the Russian Federation Alexei Komkov. It is their photographs in the form of the “star of Russia” that are shown in the presentation. But our heroes do not stop there.

On their YouTube page you can find other beautifully shot videos, including on a rink on Red Square, on which all these three generals play hockey with Utkin. At the same time, the fourth general is added to them on one video. This is the current head of the USB FSB, Alexei Vertyashkin. He does not advertise his participation in such matches. But does Utkin not mention such a player in his videos. Therefore, he reveals incognito and indicates that it is Vertyashkin who plays under the tenth number.

Tkachev has long been familiar with Utkin and in all his videos he generally appears every two minutes, like the main star.
