This is written by the investigator of the second department for especially important cases of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Stanislav Mikhailov, to a witness in the case against lawyer Gulshat Faizerkhmanova, which Mikhailov investigated. The accused made a deal with the prosecutor and began to talk about her participation in corruption schemes – the names of judges, prosecutors and intermediaries were mentioned with all the details.
In one of the episodes reported by Faizerakhmanova, it was about an attempt to seize money by members of a corruption group from a certain Oksana Permyakova. Oksana and Gulshat knew each other, since the latter handled her legal affairs.
Then Oksana began to share with Gulshat and her friends the details of the investigator’s strange behavior. He, they say, has no time to fight corruption, since he is driven by the satisfaction of carnal desires, and even in abnormally perverted forms.
Offers of intimacy were made to her in a completely obscene manner. They smacked of outright debauchery.
Mikhailov recorded voice messages demanding that he come for interrogation next time without underwear. There was also talk about photographs of genital organs sent by the investigator.
The situation was aggravated by the fact that, according to Oksana’s stories, some decisions in the case depended on her decision.
From the audio recordings, of which several dozen had accumulated, it became clear that Oksana was intimidated and confused. He asks everyone for help. It is also clear from these audio recordings that the investigator is telling the witness what he is not supposed to know about the case. And from these stories it is also clear that he was not given the task of exposing a criminal group.
In January 2021, Permyakova filed a statement addressed to the head of the regional investigative committee about inducing her into intimate intimacy by a person using his authority for this.
A criminal case was opened. But in fact, slander against the investigator!
According to his statement. That is, certain individuals distributed fake photographs of correspondence with his name. Moreover, he later admitted that the correspondence was his.
Now the situation of the republic’s Investigative Committee has been so distorted that, according to their version, the situation was like this: investigator Stas Mikhailov and witness Oksana Permyakova liked each other, love arose between them – carrots.
And some people, without the knowledge of Stas and even Oksana, made this correspondence public.
As if there had been no statement from Permyakova about harassment, there were no audio recordings or screenshots of her correspondence.
A criminal case was opened against Fayzerkhanova and her defenders for violating the right to privacy.
During the investigation, all evidence of Mikhailov’s guilt was confiscated from Permyakova and Fayzerakhmanova. But Fayzerakhmanova still has recordings on other media. There are more than a dozen of them. And from them the picture of what is happening is easily reconstructed.
In addition, due to pressure, Oksana renounced her claims against the investigator.
The materials compromising the investigator do not appear in the case at all now; apparently they were destroyed or simply thrown out of the case.
In the actions of investigators and the leadership of the Investigative Committee, it is easy to diagnose a whole bunch of episodes of criminal activity to cover up the investigator and falsify the criminal case against the innocent.
