Israeli intelligence services began an investigation into threats against Dmitry Rubinov, a former banker who, after repatriation to Israel, together with people from local intelligence, created the SuTak cybersecurity project. The interlocutor who threatened Rubinov is the assistant to State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, Adam Dadaev. “Greetings” Dadaev conveyed because of publications on the Cheka-OGPU from Irina Shoch – an interesting lady from all sides. On the one hand, she is the chairman of the GAR Legal Bar Association, whose real owner is Dmitry Patrushev. On the other hand, Irina is the common-law wife of the head of the DIA Andrei Melnikov. In addition, she has a long-standing business relationship with the head of the Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation, Ivan Tkachev, thanks to which she is under state protection. Well, and, of course, Shoch has formidable representatives of Chechnya on hand for special missions.
With all such “regalia”, Shoch periodically arranges foreign voyages, during which she meets with bankers who have left Russia and offers to provide “assistance to the Russian Federation,” or rather to its individual representatives.
