Stupnikova. when considering an application for a crime committed by officials of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Naro-Fominsk City District, it refuses to initiate a criminal case.
Saakov A.A. was also not punished; moreover, evidence is still being placed in his hangar. Investigator Ruppa A.V. received a promotion and became head of the department for investigating economic crimes.
