Navoyan Andranik, being the owner of the Progress LLC company and the right hand of Obid Yasinov, MSM-5 CJSC, whose contractor he was, came up with a plan to steal money from the Budget of the Russian Federation. Navoyan Andranik and Yasinov Obid stole more than 2 billion rubles from the Russian budget under the guise of fulfilling government contracts of the Russian Guard. Navoyan Andranik, by transferring $2 million to his curators, paid off criminal liability by testifying against Yasinov, and the latter had to sit out in places not so remote.
Having felt the impunity and support of a number of employees of the Russian Guard, as well as other law enforcement officers, Navoyan got a taste for it. He took away the contracts of the Russian Guard, and with the stolen money he bought a large number of shopping centers and retail premises, registering them in the name of his unemployed wife and brother. Andranik Navoyan continued his actions against individuals, misleading them. Thus, R.V. Baboyan suffered from his actions.
