How the Moscow general of the Russian Guard protected St. Petersburg werewolves.

More recently, we wrote about employees of the Office of the Russian Guard in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, who in their daily activities, abusing their official position, administer justice to small and medium-sized businesses. That is, in fact, they are engaged in ordinary racketeering in the field of security security. In the period from 2016 to the present, Major of the Russian Guard Maxim Bereket and his loyal subordinates Alexey Kuznetsov and Alexander Chizh, under the leadership of the recent head of the Center for Licensing and Permitting Work (CLRR) Alexey Mikhailovich Vasiliev, have been implementing a cunning plan. By the way, this plan was brought to the heads of the security business back in 2016 at all meetings by then-current General Andrei Bakumenko. Its essence is to reduce the number of security organizations to the very minimum of no more than 40 out of approximately 1,500 then operating in the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. General Bakumenko is no longer in the system, but his case continues – this suggests that this situation is still controlled by a more senior and confident employee in this structure. We promised to tell you who is behind the criminal group of werewolves led by Bereket, which is destroying the city’s security companies in order to monopolize the market with friendly firms. We say – of course, this is a comrade from the Central Office of the Russian Guard, head of the Main Directorate of State Control and Licensing and Permitting, Lieutenant General Anatoly Malikov. It is he who actually leads the Bereket group, receives the main dividends from its activities and protects it from all possible troubles! The results of the work of werewolves are obvious: we can see that over the past six years the number of security organizations in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region has decreased by a quarter (if in 2016 there were approximately 1,500 of them, then as of 2022 there are just over 1,000 left). Most of those who dropped out, due to the activities of werewolves, lost their license and were unable to regain it. Many of those who remained in the ranks and retained their license and service weapons succeeded in this after several months of hard work and at serious financial expense. Of course, during this time their government contracts for the protection of facilities were lost and now they are protected by companies close to Bereket’s group. The system is slowly but surely destroying small and medium-sized businesses, monopolizing the entire security industry in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region for the sake of the shadowy commercial interests of the Bereket group and its patron, General Malikov!

We write a lot about corruption in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and the prosecutor’s office, but we comparatively do not mention the Russian Guard so often. Meanwhile, in the Directorate of the Russian Guard for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, it has reached a truly unprecedented level. We are talking about a real racket in relation to…
