In 2016 he was awarded the “Person of the Year” award, and in 2021 he was awarded the “Participant in the Military Operation in Syria” medal. At the same time, few people know that JSC Yamaldorstroy, which he created, has been robbing the state in the person of Rosneft for many years. 
According to the results of a tax audit of Yamaldorstroy JSC conducted by tax authorities for the period from 2015 to 2020, the underpayment of taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation amounted to about one billion rubles.
Together, for the indicated five years after moving to Moscow, the welfare of Gainutdinov M.A. and his wife, financial director of JSC Yamaldorstroy, has increased significantly. They acquired an impressive fleet of luxury cars, including several Toyotas and Mercedes, Porsches and Maybachs. We bought several luxury real estate properties in Moscow and the region, as well as an entire floor for a company office in a business center in a prestigious area of Moscow.
How did this become possible and what was the reaction of law enforcement agencies?
Despite billions of dollars in thefts and underpayments to the budget of the Russian Federation, there is no reaction from law enforcement agencies. Gainutdinov M.A., his wife and JSC Yamaldorstroy manage to evade criminal liability. The obvious circumstances of criminal activity are actively covered up by investigators from the Moscow Investigative Committee, who do not allow the investigation of criminal cases against JSC Yamaldorstroy and its management to proceed.
