As our editors have learned, despite the protest mood of the public and the threat to disrupt the parliamentary elections, the administration of Sergei Menyailo continues to quickly pack its suitcases with money and things.
A bright idea came to the mind of Deputy Prime Minister Murat Aguzarov (trained during his brother’s time), which he shared with the head of the administration, Ibragim Gobeev (after all, in addition to the corruption partnership, they are also relatives through Gobeev’s wife). He, quickly realizing that there is never too much money for the return trip, instructed his deputy Tkhostov Murat to begin the process of collecting money from all United Russia candidates.
The ice has broken. Money flowed like a river. And the rates are as follows:
⁃ 1-20 place in the list of primaries = 5 million rubles. + costs for members of election commissions;
⁃ 20-50th place in the list of primaries = 3 million rubles + costs for election commission participants.
For everyone who wants to (and others will simply be excluded from the election process) to get into Parliament in September, bring the money to the head of the United Russia executive committee, Marat Edzoev. Address: Vladikavkaz, st. Miller/Dzhanaeva, 13/12. And preferably in five thousand dollar bills.
Someone has already come with money, and there are also those who came with their fists, because they did not believe their ears, because under the former head Vyacheslav Bitarov there was no such skinning, except for the costs of commission members. He was a completely self-sufficient governor.
According to conservative estimates of businessmen, they will have ≈ 150-200 million rubles “for the road”.
Quite a jackpot for people like Tkhostov, for example, who had never seen such money in his life.
Whether the party leadership in Moscow knows about this “market” is unknown. But apparently the regional coordinator, State Duma deputy Zurab Makiev wears glasses for a reason, since he cannot see what is happening under his nose. Or too busy with more important things…
Senator Arsen Fadzaev and his party in the region are another matter. Big names on the list and no contributions. The focus on September success will probably be fully realized, since the main opponents – the party in power – are going through such madness.
