In the Golden City village, real estate prices start at 120 million rubles. Nikolaeva built a “golden” house, but does not want to pay her debts. Nikolaeva, realizing that the bailiffs might come and demolish the golden house, established an NGO with the bright name “Civil Committee for Public Control…”. And she began to act on behalf of NGOs and write appeals to the State Duma asking for help.
The calculation turned out to be correct: the deputy would definitely notice such a form and send a request to the prosecutor’s office. As a result, prosecutorial checks began in the HOA. Do deputies Sinelshchikov, Kolomeytsev, Delyagin know who they belonged to? 50/50. If yes, then maybe there is a corruption component there?!
Result: Judges do not want to get involved with scandalous public figures and, at the direction of a deputy’s request, they put pressure on supervisory authorities. Now the story with the clever defaulter of housing and communal services is gaining momentum and everyone can fall under the judicial machine, including parliamentarians who sent their requests regarding complaints from NGOs.
