You may ask, what is the secret of the success of the company, which apparently is invulnerable to the regional FSB Directorate and is not excluded from government procurement? The Cheka-OGPU will answer simply – it’s all about its owner and leader Vladimir Lastochkin, who studied in the same course and was close friends with Maxim Sokolov. The fact that he was both the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation and the transport vice-governor of St. Petersburg, and led the LSR construction group of the oligarch Molchanov. Now Sokolov is driving AvtoVAZ, but Peter does not let him out of his attention zone, having placed his other close friend, Kirill Polyakov, in the chair of transport vice-governor.
