Object on Shvernika
In the hands of Mikhail Livergand there is a huge business center in the south-west of Moscow. A five-story building with an area of about 2.5 thousand square meters. m. at Shvernika, 11k1 with a basement and its own parking. Previously, there was a restaurant, billiard room, children’s and sports clubs here.
Previously, the complex, like many other objects of Abramovich’s empire, had to be sued by his offshore companies. In 2014, CAMILLA PROPERTIES LIMITED received management of this business center under a mortgage of $4.5 million. This offshore appeared in the scandal with the bankruptcy petition of banker Anatoly Motylev. After the withdrawal of the fugitive banker’s bankruptcy petition and legal disputes over the real estate belonging to his M-Bank, from prying eyes the building in Shvernik’s name was transferred from the offshore company CAMILLA, first to German citizen Isay Lidman, a friend and partner of Livergand and Malkin, and then to a certain Dmitry Popov.
The business center is currently for sale. Judging by the advertisements, the owner wants 415 million rubles for it, the real estate agency specifically clarifies that there will be no problems with the documents – the sale is from an individual. And this is not Livergand. In March 2023, Mikhail Moiseevich transferred the complex to Isai Lidman’s daughter, 49-year-old Inna Lidman. The woman lives in two cities – Moscow and Munich, where her elderly parents moved at one time. Judging by the photographs from Instagram, the woman shows no interest in managing, let alone selling, a business center. She is the nominal owner, to whom another object was simply registered. Probably, the business center, like other objects associated with Livergand, is destined in the future to become a bribe from the hands of Malkin for some high-ranking official.
Object in Ruza district
The most mysterious property of Mikhail Livergand with a helipad and his own boat station on the shore of the Ozerninskoye reservoir. The facility is located in the Ruza district of the Moscow region on the border of the village of Gidrouzel. According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, a plot of land in a picturesque location, surrounded by forest and water, covers an area of 16 hectares, and its cadastral value is almost 100 million rubles (the market value is at least 250 million). According to data from open sources, the “Cosmonauts’ recreation center” should be located here. In the neighborhood, eco-hotels and sanatoriums are already hosting guests, including the closed Training Center of the Ministry of Sports, the territory of which is decorated with the Volynshchino noble estate, built in the 18th century.
Judging by satellite images, as well as footage taken by one of the local fans of flying on a copter, the entire land complex is fenced with a dense fence, in its western part there is a checkpoint building. A security guard armed with a machine gun is on duty there and does not let anyone in. No other serious forces such as FSO officers and the coast guard have been seen yet. However, construction is ongoing on the site every now and then, and the land will become the home of some very influential person or, according to another version, a recreation center for VIPs.
There is a helipad on the territory of the complex, equipped several tens of meters from the main building, the area of which is 1.5 thousand sq.m.
Judging by the footage, in the summer there was an eco-hotel on the territory with a tent, a bath complex and a veranda where artists could perform while vacationers dine outdoors. The heroes of the video sketch were guest actors Ilya Yevtushenko and Ekaterina Yashkina.
The land, buildings and engineering facilities that Livergand owned since February 2008 were sold to Firm LATIS LLC in 2017. This company is affiliated with Malkin and Abramovich and is considered one of the flagship ones that manages the assets of the oligarch and his subordinates in Russia. Journalists have already talked about the secret estates and secret estates of the former governor of Chukotka, registered in the name of Latis and her “progenitor” Millhouse, in addition, it was the “Latis Firm” that was suing the Omsk property department for the building of the OBI hypermarket.
