How much did all this cost the state? Tender The ANO Center for Cultural and Educational Programs “Our Suvorov” won 10 million rubles.
From the customer (RSU named after A.N. Kosygin) on September 30, 2021, “Our Suvorov” received 6,174,742.71 rubles, on November 19 – another 3,087,371.35 rubles.
The development director of ANO “Our Suvorov” is Polina-Teresa Georgievna Davydova (until 2006 Eremina Irina Yuryevna). At the moment P.-T. Davydova is an adviser to the general director of the Russian National Library on project activities and development. That is, an interesting situation arises: the autonomous non-profit organization, where she is the director, wins a multimillion-dollar tender. And she is implementing this project with the active participation of employees of the national library, where Davydova is an adviser to the general director.
To implement this project P.-T. Davydova attracted her son, Marchenko Arseny-Etelber Viktorovich (until 2014 – Eremin Arseny Viktorovich). Marchenko has the status of an individual entrepreneur. The contract amount was 2,900,000 rubles. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for conducting the all-Russian event “Consolidated Multimedia Choir of Russian Students – “Rise up, Russian people.” This tender was won by Marchenko in a bitter struggle with the already familiar organization “Our Suvorov”
True, the contract was never fulfilled – he terminated by agreement of the parties on August 5, 2021
According to open databases, Marchenko has valid decisions of the Federal Tax Service to suspend transactions on his accounts.
So the following questions arise:
1. What were the 10 million rubles received by the ANO “Our Suvorov” actually spent on? To hold one military-historical festival, Open air in St. Petersburg, Staraya Ladoga and the performance by students of the cantata “Alexander Nevsky” by Sergei Prokofiev?
2. Who came up with the concept of “12 Labors” and the greeting “Hello, this is Nevsky. Alexander Nevsky”? How appropriate is it to draw analogies with the myths of ancient Greece, Bond and oppositionist Navalny in the context of the canonized Russian prince?
3. Is there a conflict of interest when Polina-Teresa Davydova is simultaneously the director of development at the ANO “Nash Suvorov” and an adviser to the general director of the National Library of Russia?
4. How correct is it for two organizations affiliated with a mother and son to participate in a three-million dollar tender?
5. What interest does the leadership of the Russian State University have in this story? A.N. Kosygina?
6. What assessment did the customer receive for the implementation of the project and will P.-T continue? Davydov to receive budget funding?
