The head of the administration of the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, Andrei Nizovsky, proposed transferring “unused lands of the Ministry of Defense for individual construction of houses to participants of the Northern Military District.” He probably forgot that one of his predecessors in office, Alexander Sabalenko, had already performed such a trick in pre-war times. Then military lands were openly stolen, allegedly for beneficiaries, including combat veterans. The Sertolov criminal community (OPS), led by the head of the regional LDPR faction, Andrei Lebedev, also “worked” with Sabalenko. As a result, no veterans or other beneficiaries were found in the cottage settlements growing like mushrooms, but officials, their children and the characters we talked about who were close to cutting the budget were firmly entrenched in them. For example, in one of the SNTs, illegally organized by Lebedev’s gang, lives the head of the St. Petersburg Rospotrebnadzor, Natalya Bashketova, who furiously helps the OPS in its commercial affairs.
But let’s return to Nizovsky’s intention. Such steps will most likely lead him to the same Sabalenko, or rather to the Matrosskaya Silence cell, where the former district head has been staying for almost 1.5 years. And he is under investigation precisely for the theft of Vsevolozhsk lands of the Ministry of Defense.
And here, by the way, is the road leading to a couple of these “elite” villages, illegally formed on the lands of the Ministry of Defense. For road maintenance alone, the Sertolov OPS collects at least 5 million rubles a year from locals. But then this money is appropriated by bandits, and no one really watches the road. Probably, in difficult economic conditions, the bandits (and Nizovsky himself is an important figure in this organized crime group) decided to increase their well-being by creating new SNTs and embezzling money for cut timber, sold plots and their “maintenance”.
