He knew too much
Malkin, Rushailo, Fradkov, Kudrin and an unsolved murder
Part 2
It was not possible to track the car with substitute license plates in hot pursuit; traffic cameras were supposedly powerless. At some point, hope appeared – Igor Bychkov’s phone was “beating” in Moscow. Soon the phone was found from a migrant worker, but it was missed. The visitor explained that he found the device on the road along the highway.
A criminal case was initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder”, and the materials were sent upstairs to the 1st Regional Department of Internal Affairs of the Investigative Committee. Where the case happily fizzled out under the pressure of resource persons involved.
The investigators who conducted the case worked hard: Vitaly Malkin himself was interrogated several times, who denied everything and pretended that he was not indifferent to the progress of the investigation, saying that his employee had disappeared.
But, objectively, there is still only one version: Igor Bychkov was punished by his own masters.
The missing person did not have any other conflicts (there was an idyll at home, with a partner in a small business – a shopping center in the Kaluga region, the relationship was fine), except for one incident in Arkhangelskoye. One of the security officers of Vitaly Malkin (DNP and VIPs were then guarded by the private security company Ares, which was headed by a senator from the banks) gave interesting testimony. According to him, Igor Bychkov somehow spilled the beans to his boss’s wife about the orgies at the dacha spa, handing over the entire honest company headed by her husband to Natalya Bondarenko. The tenacious co-founder of the entire enterprise caused a huge scandal and things almost came to a divorce.
However, with an obvious motive, Vitaly Malkin’s company marinated the criminal case for almost ten years. It was suspended several times; the former senator was last interrogated a couple of years ago, when he arrived from Monaco to Moscow and came into the public eye, arriving in Kommunarka with suspected Covid.
After this, Vitaly Malkin was given a “Chinese warning” and he finally resigned himself to the fate of being a philanthropist and benefactor in Monaco.
Despite the fact that the criminal case was suspended, Igor Bychkov is still wanted. Perhaps the fashion for solving “perish” crimes (from past years) will one day prompt us to unearth this case, which was specially buried in the archives.

In the photo is Igor Bychkov.
