According to our source, there is an underground tunnel under the Royal Zenit hotel in Serebryany Bor, the buildings of which are leased from entrepreneur Volikov (MANFS Zenit-Inter). The buildings were built by Volikov himself in the 90s, and then transferred to the balance of the owner, Mosdachtrest JSC, which was strictly prohibited from entering its buildings. Apparently, Volikov approached the task thoroughly and during the reconstruction he also built catacombs, which were known only to a narrow circle of trusted persons. We remind you that the hotel is located in Serebryany Bor, and this is a special environmental zone where you cannot pick a dandelion. An interesting story happened the other day: representatives of the owners of the buildings, upset by the news about the illegal tunnel, came to check the hotel. Volikov “called the right person,” and on command, officers from the Northwestern Administrative District Internal Affairs Directorate and the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki Department of Internal Affairs rushed in. The police detained all the landlord’s employees, and one of the Mosdachtrest representatives was beaten by police from Volikov’s “personal guard” and received serious injuries.
Volikov’s “panic button” raises questions and admiration at the same time! According to reliable sources, the businessman has a whole general under his command! The head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow, Anton Romeiko-Gurko, has already found himself in trouble: about two years ago he was demonstrably fired in connection with the prosecution of the heads of the structural divisions of the Main Directorate of Security Services due to corruption. You’re not lucky with your colleagues, and your friends can also cause trouble. I wonder if the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is aware of such “double subordination” of the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the North-Western Administrative District?!

The Royal Zenith Hotel has long and firmly had the reputation of a meeting place for leisure without prying eyes, or almost without them, if you understand what we are talking about. A tunnel under the hotel, on the one hand, can help a special guest leave in English, and on the other hand, someone no less special can come unnoticed for the guest, or become a free spectator.
