We want to remind what changes in the legislation come into force today:
🔹Law “On Digital Financial Assets”. Recognizes cryptocurrencies with property and prohibits their use as a means of payment. In addition, the law also introduces a ban on the distribution of information about the possibility of calculations in digital currency.
🔹Law “On remote mode”. Introduces the concept of remote work, enshrines additional guarantees for the remuneration of the distance employee and limits the list of grounds for the dismissal of distance workers.
🔹Government Decree on the purchase by state -owned companies of domestic electronics. The resolution introduces mandatory norms of the minimum share of purchases of goods, works and services of domestic origin – including Russian radio electronics. For all PCs, a quota is introduced at least 50% of the total procurement, for “memorable and other data storage devices” of Russian production, the starting threshold is set at 30%.
🔹Law on the use of biometry for remote identification. It provides banks with the right to collect biometric data in the EBS. In addition, it allows the collection of biometrics through multifunctional centers of state and municipal services and the possibility of providing state bodies of such services only using the EBS.
🔹Law on tax maneuver in the IT industry. Account tax for Russian IT companies will be reduced from 20% to 3%, and the rate of insurance premiums-from 14% to 7.6%.
🔹Law on the sale of “funny gas”. It imposes a ban on the implementation of “funny gas” for non -medical purposes, as well as on advertising of use, including via the Internet. Illegal sale is now punishable by criminal liability for up to 2 years, and propaganda – fines up to 20 thousand rubles.
🔹Law “On” Smart “Counters”. In apartment buildings, “smart” electricity meters will begin to appear. From January 1, 2021, they will be installed in all new buildings, and from July 1 – gradually change everyone. Such “smart” devices can independently transmit readings, as well as temporarily block access to electricity for non -payment.
🔹The law on the introduction of electronic work books in Russia “. For the first time, employees are satisfied for the first time will now start electronic work books. The employer will be obliged to form information about labor activity in electronic form and transfer them to the Pension Fund.
