GUTA-GROUP, which has an extremely controversial and scandalous reputation, may be involved in a huge scandal.

A source from the Cheka-OGPU reported that the management of the holding, represented by the chairman of the board of directors of Guta-Group – Alexey Kharin and his subordinate – Dmitry Andryushkin (general director of the Holding company United Confectioners LLC), in February 2022 made attempts to leave country and hastily began to transfer the company’s fixed assets abroad.

So, in a few months, using various gray schemes and fictitious agreements, Alexey Kharin and Dmitry Andryushkin withdrew about $50 billion from the country to Malta, Seychelles, Tenerife and various offshore companies.

But Kharin and Andryushkin’s hopes for a life abroad were not destined to come true; they were forced to stay in Moscow to save the Holding from bankruptcy, otherwise tens of thousands of employees of Guta Group and United Confectioners would have been fired, and Kharin and Andryushkin would have been subject to criminal prosecution. To Kharin’s great luck, one of the state banks opened a credit line for the Holding in the amount of over 200 billion rubles, which Kharin carefully hides from the founders.

In order to replenish the company’s budget and repay loans, Kharin and Andryushkin made an interesting decision: they began to falsify financial statements, artificially lowering the tax base, and at the same time blatantly deceive their counterparties. The United Confectioners, led by Andryushkin, began to use principles from the dashing 90s: to create a nightmare for the business, so as not to return money and not fulfill their obligations, while at the same time involving the help of law enforcement officers.

The blatant dirty orders of Kharin and Andryushkin are often carried out by former employees of the authorities, and now full-time employees of the Holding’s security service: such as Sergei Krepostnov, who was removed from the post of head of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Yaroslavl region due to a scandal, and his assistant Eduard Semenkov.

Using their old connections, they try to circumvent the law and push through the result the owners want. The main goal of such actions is to destroy the business of their former counterparties.

A source of the Cheka-OGPU, familiar with the situation, stated that many entrepreneurs across Russia are now faced with similar lawlessness on the part of United Confectioners LLC, whose appeals began to arrive en masse to us.
