As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Astrakhan region, the owner of the grain and oil-lump terminals of the port of the port Olya in the Caspian became a scandalously known, authoritative businessman, a native of the Kemerovo organized crime group, 64-year-old Alexander Gennadievich Shishkin (in the young years was nicknamed “Italian” and “Sasha-Metalist”).
After the reorganization in the port of Olya, the share of the former owner of Jamaldin Pashayev sank below the control. Pashayev got out of the capital of both companies. And the only beneficiary was the Italian Shishkin.
It remains to be surprised at how Sasha-Metalist first ended up in the deputies of the State Duma with his “combat” past, then easily ejected to the Senator’s chair from the Khabarovsk Territory.
And all this time he did not stop taking everything that is “bad” to his hands. And in the end, he greatly improved his well -being.
“Matilda” in his life
Today, Alexander Shishkin controls 1% of the Moscow film distributor LLC “Carroprotes”. This office is engaged in the distribution of films, including organizing the rental of such films as “Elections Day”, “Matilda”, “Police from Rublevka”.

Olya’s sea trading port from a logistics point of view is ideal, it is not freezing, and proximity to the sea allows you to save on a transport shoulder: to Astrakhan only 70 km.
Now the owner of the port is Mr. Shishkin.

A few years ago, Mr. Shishkin leased 400 thousand hectares of land in the Vladimir province, then discharged 500 deer from Estonia, launched into the forest. And he created a hunting economy, and near the reserve he built an Orthodox secondary school, on the territory of this school there are three temples of the XVII – XIX centuries: the Holy Archangel and Mikhail, the Martyr Flora and Lavra and the Temple of Alexander Nevsky. And Mr. Shishkin gained wide fame when he led to bankruptcy several industrial enterprises, including the Amurmetall plant.
In 2006, in the issue of bonds of Amurmetall OJSC, the industrial giant was forced to reveal his beneficiary – Alexander Shishkin.
And by mid -2009, the debt of the enterprise exceeded 18 billion rubles. One of the creditors applied for the declaration of amormometall bankrupt. And the Government of the Russian Federation intervened in the situation.
With the participation of the Deputy Minister of Industry (at that time) Denis Manturov and the governor (at that time) Viktor Ishaev, it was decided to give the owner of the Amurmetall the last chance.

Moreover, at the expense of the state corporation that allocated the Amurmetall credit line – 5 billion rubles. I wrote about this “MK”.
For this, the shares of the enterprise were rewritten with the right to pay off the owners. A settlement agreement was concluded with the rest of the creditors, according to which Amurmetall’s debt was restructured.
According to Shishkin’s assurances, with financial support, Amurmetall was supposed to get out of the Minus.
But very quickly 5 billion were “drunk”. At the same time, instead of a profit of 0.56 billion rubles, which amurmetall was supposed to receive as a result of the first 6 months, the plant showed a loss of 1.5 billion rubles.
The money of the state corporations failed into a certain “black” hole.
And the fatal mistake of the amurmetal sanitation was that, having transferred the shares of the enterprise, the operational control of the metallurgical plant was left in the hands of Shishkin, owned by him by the Criminal Code of the Siberian-Amur Metal LLC.
And funds were pumped through Shishkin firms. And there they settled …
It seems that even today, Mr. Shishkin does not depart much from his trusted schemes.
