The investment agreement with Chaika JSC Kolyma Mining Company, signed in the summer of 2022, is not being fully implemented. Chaika does not pay fines for violating the agreement, but the region turns a blind eye to this.
The regional junior geological exploration company, also owned by Artem Chaika, does not conduct geological exploration under existing license agreements due to lack of investment. At the same time, he has a debt to suppliers of more than 70 million rubles, which has to be recovered through the courts.
